1. Ilearnngrow learning solutions does not hold any return and refund policy however if a customer has received a damaged product, the same can be exchanged or replaced depending on case to case basis.
2. If the customer has any issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at shop@ilearnngrow.com within 48 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up on the same place of delivery and re-send the product after.
3. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin -codes.in this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.
